I was also the designated subject matter expert for proprietary software supporting the state's corrections department, which served thousands of users across the entire state.

In my capacity as a data analyst for the deputy director of the state's correctional facilities, I produced timely and accurate reports for both the department’s administration and state legislators, including weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports. I also designed desktop applications to improve operational efficiency and task management. Additionally, I played an instrumental role in coordinating and launching the state's correctional digital ID system, which served a population of over 42,000 individuals.
